Light and space design for the first edition of Do Pilot Make Mistakes?, series events in which experimentation, non department - collaboration and creating a safe space for making mistakes is encouraged. Initiated by Ivan Čuić and powered by Kantarion Sound.
In Dream Scene different shades of orange light in combination with the incoming daylight created a continuously changing light atmosphere in the gallery. Foam floorpieces served as viewing points for performance acts throughout which day turned into night.

"As an extension to the previous series of events "Thursday dinners" which were taking place in more private setting of ArtScience Studios, we are opening a new season of series of public events, by asking ourselves Do pilots make mistakes?
In this edition, cabin crew is invited to a space where experimentation, non department - collaboration and creating a safe space for making mistakes is encouraged. Cabin crew is invited to take a collective risk. Passengers are invited to be critical about activities that happen, but also open enough for unexpected things that don't necessary have to work out. For each edition, a different group of participants will be invited to share their works and actions. Space and event setup is going to be transformed each time with space interventions.
This self-initiated and independent program "Do pilots make mistakes?" is also used as a tool to understand the role of self-organised activities within The Royal Academy of Art, Kabk.
Powered by Kantarion sound, a custom - hand made and built in the wood workshop of Kabk, Royal Academy of Art"
